I’m Alive

It’s been a wild year, and I’m glad to say I’m still here fighting the good fight. The last few months I’ve taken a little time for my family, and I’ve stayed a bit out of the spotlight. I did this for them (and for me), because the last year HAS BEEN INSANE. I published a short, illustrated novella and told 10,000 people about it on Facebook. I Published my First Book

I published Infinite Vampire I: BLOOD 4 LIFE on May 7, 2017. I told about 15k people about it, and had 150 people buy the book! (1%). As of this writing, approximately five weeks after publishing, BLOOD 4 LIFE has 33 reviews and an average rating of 4.8 stars. Next week I’ll be publishing the sequel, Infinite Vampire II: QUEEN’S GAMBIT, and I’m very excited. Each new book–and all the effort put into the launch and marketing–helps boost the first book.    So far, any income generated has paled in comparison to the money spent on actually making professional books,…

Three Weeks After 1st Launch

I launched my first book, Infinite Vampire I: BLOOD 4 LIFE three weeks ago, and although sales have been low, they’re meeting my expectations (my very very very low expectations). Many an experienced self- or indy-published author will tell you that the first book never does much until it has sequels. Some even advise not advertising until there are four or more books in the series released. I’m using the time now to run tests, and I’m okay with using this time as a loss-leader; to lose money but gain a future benefit. Alright, so here are the numbers so…
